Russia sends another transit shipment to Armenia via Azerbaijan UPDATED

A new transit shipment with 12 rail wagons of fertiliser and six wagons of anthracite coal from Russia to Armenia has been carried out through the territory of Azerbaijan.
The shipment forms part of ongoing transit deliveries routed through Azerbaijani territory to Armenia, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

A new transit shipment with 12 rail wagons of fertiliser and six wagons of anthracite coal from Russia to Armenia will be carried out through the territory of Azerbaijan, APA reports.
It said the fertiliser totals 828 tons, and the volume of six wagon anthracite coal amount to 414 ton.
Transit shipment will be sent today from the Bilyajary station toward the Boyuk-Kesik station.
More than 29,000 tons of grain, over 6,000 tons of fertilisers, 133 tons of aluminium, and 68 tons of buckwheat have been delivered from Russia to Armenia via Azerbaijan’s transit routes.
The report also recalled that, in addition to transit shipments, Azerbaijan exports petroleum products to Armenia.
So far, Armenia has received more than 12,000 tons of diesel fuel, 979 tons of AI-92 gasoline, and 2,955 tons of AI-95 gasoline from Azerbaijan.
