Russian president to embark on strategic state visit to Kyrgyzstan
Russian President Vladimir Putin is scheduled to make a state visit to Kyrgyzstan from November 25 to 27, to strengthen bilateral ties between the two nations.
The announcement was made in Bishkek by Sagynbek Abdumutalip, chief of the Foreign Policy Department at the Kyrgyz presidential administration, Caliber.Az reports, citing Russian media.
“The visit will take place at the invitation of the President of the Kyrgyz Republic, Sadyr Japarov, and will be an important event in the development of strategic partnership and allied relations between the two countries. “The visit will feature high-level discussions, addressing key aspects of bilateral cooperation, as well as collaboration within the frameworks of the EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union), CIS, SCO (Shanghai Cooperation Organization), and CSTO (Collective Security Treaty Organization),” Abdumutalip stated.
The official emphasized that the discussions will prioritize the consolidation of trade and economic relations, the expansion of investment and industrial cooperation, the advancement of military-technical and cultural-humanitarian partnerships, and the enhancement of regional security.”
