Russian prime minister leaves on two-day visit to Azerbaijan

Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin begins a two-day working visit to Azerbaijan.

During the visit, he will hold meetings with Azerbaijani officials, where it is planned to consider a set of issues related to the development of Russian-Azerbaijani trade and economic cooperation. Particular attention will be paid to the promotion of joint projects in energy, transportation, industrial, cultural, humanitarian and other areas, TASS reports citing the Russian government.

Several intergovernmental and interdepartmental documents are expected to be signed as a result of the meetings and negotiations.
