Senior MP: Armenia has right to transport troops, mines to Karabakh

Deputy Speaker Ruben Rubinyan has said that Armenia has the right to transport troops and mines to Karabakh.

"It's not written in the trilateral statement [signed by Baku, Moscow and Yerevan in November 2020] that there can be no such thing. That is, even if Armenia had transported weapons and mines there, there are no such restrictions in the statement. But I repeat, Armenia has no troops in Karabakh and has not transported weapons and ammunition [there]," Caliber.Az reports Rubinyan as saying.
