Serbian president to visit Azerbaijan for World Urban Forum in May

President of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić is scheduled to visit Azerbaijan on May 17 to participate in the 13th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), Serbian Ambassador to Azerbaijan Dragan Vladislavljević told Report. 

He emphasised that the visit will specifically take place on May 17 and is organised within the framework of WUF13.

The ambassador added that the Serbian president has already confirmed his participation in the forum: "The composition of the delegation is not yet known to me, but he has confirmed his attendance."

WUF13, with the theme "Housing the world: Safe and resilient cities and communities," will run in Baku from May 17 to 22, 2026. For the first time, the forum will also feature a Leaders’ Summit as part of its program.
