Speaker of Azerbaijan’s parliament arrives in China for Boao Forum PHOTO

Sahiba Gafarova, Speaker of the Milli Majlis (Parliament) of Azerbaijan, arrived in Boao, China, for a working visit to participate in the Boao Forum for Asia.

At Qionghai Boao International Airport, Gafarova was welcomed by Hainan Province Vice Governor Yang Guoqiang, Azerbaijani Ambassador to China Bunyad Huseynov, and other officials, Caliber.Az reports, citing the parliament’s website.

During her visit, the parliamentary speaker is scheduled to deliver a speech at the forum’s official opening ceremony and hold a series of high-level meetings with regional and international counterparts.
