Switzerland, Greece condemn Iranian drone strikes on Azerbaijan's Nakhchivan
The embassies of Switzerland and Greece in Baku have condemned drone attacks carried out by Iran on the territory of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
"We condemn yesterday's drone attacks in Nakhchivan which threatened Azerbaijan's security and sovereignty. We stand in full solidarity with Azerbaijan and with those affected by these attacks," the Swiss embassy stated on Facebook, Caliber.Az reports.
Similarly, the Greek embassy said on X, "Yesterday's drone attacks in Nakhchivan demonstrate a clear violation of International Law and State Sovereignty. Greece stands in solidarity with Azerbaijan."

The strikes, which occurred on March 5, involved unmanned aerial vehicles launched from Iranian territory targeting facilities in Nakhchivan. One drone struck the terminal building of Nakhchivan International Airport, while another landed near a school in the village of Shakarabad. The attack on the airport injured four civilians.
