Tajik envoy: Direct flight to contribute to development of ties with Azerbaijan

Azerbaijan and Tajikistan have established warm and fraternal relations. 

Report news agency informs referring to Ambassador of Tajikistan to Azerbaijan Rustam Soli’s statement made during a round table dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between these countries at the Azerbaijani Center of Analysis of International Relations. 

Fraternal relations based on trust have been developed between Tajikistan and Azerbaijan, the ambassador said, adding that the regulatory framework between the countries has 62 documents, currently 20 more documents are under consideration. 

"We are working on the creation of working groups in economic spheres," the ambassador said. 

Soli reminded that the Trading House of Tajikistan was opened at the initiative of the Embassy in Baku in April 2020. 

"We think that opening of direct Baku-Dushanbe flight will also contribute to the development of trade and economic relations, we are working on this issue," the ambassador added.
