Tajik prime minister visits Azerbaijan’s Alley of Honour in Baku PHOTO
Tajikistan’s Prime Minister Qohir Rasulzoda, who is visiting Azerbaijan, has paid tribute to the country’s late national leader Heydar Aliyev during a visit to Baku’s Alley of Honour.
Rasulzoda visited Heydar Aliyev’s grave, where he laid a wreath and bouquets of flowers at the monument in his memory, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
The Tajik prime minister also visited the graves of Zarifa Aliyeva, a prominent ophthalmologist and academician; Aziz Aliyev, a distinguished statesman; and Professor Tamerlan Aliyev.

Tajikistan’s Prime Minister Qohir Rasulzoda visited Victory Park in Baku on September 24.
An honour guard was formed to welcome the Tajik prime minister during the visit, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
Rasulzoda laid a wreath at the Victory Monument in the park.
During the visit, the Tajik prime minister was briefed on the history and significance of Victory Park, which was established to commemorate the Azerbaijani people’s sacrifices during the Patriotic War, honour those who lost their lives, and mark the country’s victory.
