Thousands of Russians await return from Middle East

Over 45,000 passengers arrived in Russia from Middle Eastern countries between March 2 and March 8 on 219 flights, while thousands of Russians still remain in the region, according to the Russian Transport Ministry.

The ministry also noted that more than 7,500 people are scheduled to be transported from the region to Russia on 33 additional flights, Caliber.Az per the Russian ministry.
