Azerbaijani Presidential Aide Hilkmet Hajiyev has posted the footage of the Victory Parade on November 8, which is about to start in Baku.

“Under the sounds of the march – Victory Parade on November 8! The proud ranks of the Azerbaijani Armed Forces march together with Armed Forces of brotherly Türkiye and Pakistan,” Hajiyev wrote on X, Caliber.Az reports.

Victory Day in Azerbaijan is celebrated on November 8 each year. It commemorates Azerbaijan’s decisive victory in the 44-day Second Karabakh War in 2020 against Armenian forces. The conflict, which lasted from September 27 to November 10, 2020, resulted in Azerbaijan regaining control over significant territories that had been occupied since the early 1990s.
