Turkic World Week panel in Baku features international academic cooperation PHOTO
A panel discussion titled "The Turkic World and International Cooperation" was held in Baku as part of Turkic World Week, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the First Turkological Congress.
The discussion was moderated by Nadir Mammadli, Director of the Nasimi Institute of Linguistics, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The event brought together leading academics and researchers from across the Turkic world, including Abdyldajan Akmataliev, Director of the Chingiz Aitmatov Institute of Literature; Gatiba Guliyeva, Senior Research Fellow at the Turkic Languages Department of the Nasimi Institute of Linguistics; and Ozturk Emiroglu, Rector of Ardahan University, along with other distinguished participants.
The panel focused on expanding academic and cultural cooperation among Turkic countries, while exploring opportunities to strengthen international collaboration across the Turkic world. Participants exchanged views on advancing scholarly partnerships and reinforcing cultural ties as part of broader efforts to deepen cooperation among Turkic nations.
