Turkish citizen gets injured following mine blast in Azerbaijan’s Khojavand

An excavator has been blasted by an anti-tank mine in the Tagaverd village of Azerbaijan’s liberated Khojavand District.

The vehicle, engaged in construction work, was driven by 1987-born Turkish citizen Yapiri Yildiray, Caliber.Az informs citing the press service of the Prosecutor General’s Office of Azerbaijan.

Following an explosion, the man received numerous wounds and injuries. He was taken to the hospital.
The Khojavand regional prosecutor's office is investigating the fact.
