Turkish defence delegates engage with Azerbaijan’s air, naval forces on official visit Photo

A delegation from Türkiye's National Defence University (NDU), led by Deputy Rector Professor Talat Canbolat, is on an official visit to Azerbaijan.

The group, comprising senior personnel, faculty, and participants from the Air Force Academy and Naval Academy's "Staff Management Course," has been exploring key military installations in Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports, citing Defence Ministry.

As part of the visit, the delegation toured the Azerbaijan Air Force and Naval Forces, receiving comprehensive briefings on their operations.

Detailed presentations on the strategic capabilities and ongoing activities of Azerbaijan's military forces were delivered, followed by a visit to an Air Force unit.

The group also toured the Naval Forces’ Operations Centre and several warships, gaining insight into the operations of Azerbaijan's naval assets.

Throughout the visit, the Turkish delegation engaged in discussions, with their inquiries addressed by Azerbaijani military officials, further strengthening the ties between the two nations' defence forces.
