Turkish top judicial officials visiting Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan region
President and Prosecutor General of the Turkish Supreme Court, Mehmet Akarca and Bekir Sahin, have started their visit to the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic of Azerbaijan.
During the visit, the guests visited the monument to national leader Heydar Aliyev in the centre of Nakhchivan City and laid flowers, according to Report.
Then Prosecutor General of Azerbaijan Kamran Aliyev, Mehmet Akarca and Bekir Sahin visited the Heydar Aliyev Museum, where they got acquainted with exhibits depicting the life and multifaceted activities of the national leader.
Later, the guests visited the monument of the founder of the Republic of Türkiye, veteran Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, erected in the city of Nakhchivan, Martyrs' Alley and the monument erected in memory of the martyred soldiers of the Turkish army in the alley and laid flowers in front of it.
In the Supreme Assembly of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic, the Chairman of the Supreme Court of Türkiye, the Chief Prosecutor of the Supreme Court and other officials met with Fuad Najafli, the authorized representative of the President of Azerbaijan in the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
