Turkish, Uzbek, Hungarian leaders to visit Azerbaijan for Turkic Council summit VIDEO
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, Uzbek President Shavkat Mirziyoyev, and Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán are set to visit Azerbaijan to attend the upcoming summit of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) in Gabala on October 6–7.
According to Turkish media, President Erdoğan will participate in the summit, which will focus on the theme “Regional Peace and Security” and aims to advance multilateral cooperation among member states, as reported by Caliber.Az.
Hungarian Prime Minister Viktor Orbán confirmed his participation on his Facebook page.
"Another busy week is behind us. But we’re not stopping — tomorrow, we’re heading to the OTS summit," Orbán wrote.
The 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) will be held on October 6–7 in Gabala, Azerbaijan, under the theme “Regional Peace and Security”.
The Summit will convene the esteemed Heads of State and Government of the OTS Member States and Observers together with their delegations, to deliberate on pressing regional and international issues, enhance cooperation, and adopt key documents aimed at further advancing unity, peace, and prosperity across the Turkic World.
