Türkiye reveals details of secret operation Kahramanlar-47 VIDEO

Turkish Interior Minister Ali Yerlikaya has said that the Kahramanlar-47 operation was conducted in seven provinces of Türkiye in order to destroy the the PKK terrorist organizations’ facilities.

Kahramanlar-47 operation was conducted in Mardin, Bitlis, Şırnak, Batman, Siirt, Tunceli and Diyarbakır, Dargeçit, Nusaybin, Beytuşşebap, Kozluk, Sason, Dijla, Liçe, Silvan in order to prevent the PKK terrorist organization from structuring in rural areas during the winter months, the minister made a post on his X account, Caliber.Az reports.

Gendarmerie drones and ATAK helicopters were used in the operation, involving 131 teams of 1,174 personnel under the direction of the Gendarmerie General Command.

During the operation, 28 terrorist sites were destroyed and a large quantity of weapons, as well as ammunition and 159 kilograms of explosive materials prepared and equipped with mechanisms were seized.
