Türkiye's defence chief hails progress of Azerbaijan’s military industry at SAHA-2026

Turkish Defence Minister Yaşar Güler has praised Azerbaijan’s military production sector for its steady progress.

The minister made the remark while visiting the country’s stand at the SAHA-2026 defence exhibition, currently taking place in Istanbul, as Caliber.Az reports citing local media.

During the visit, Güler reviewed a range of Azerbaijani defence products on display and held talks with the Azerbaijani delegation, commending the advances made by the country’s defence industry.

He expressed confidence in its continued development, stating that “Azerbaijan is improving the quality of its military products every year.” Güler further added that he looks forward to seeing even more advanced systems from the country at future SAHA exhibitions.
