Türkiye’s Haber Global TV covers second day of WUF13 in Baku VIDEO

Türkiye’s Haber Global TV has prepared a video report from the second day of the 13th Session of the World Urban Forum (WUF13), currently being held in Baku.

The report highlighted that more than 40,000 participants from 182 countries are attending the global urban development forum, Caliber.Az reports via local media. 

It noted that around 24,000 people participated in WUF12 in Egypt two years ago, meaning attendance in Baku is nearly double compared to the previous edition.

Haber Global described WUF13 as one of the largest international events ever hosted by Azerbaijan and its capital, Baku.

The report also emphasised Türkiye’s strong presence at the forum, noting that the country is participating with a national stand showcasing post-earthquake urban reconstruction efforts.

According to the presentation, Türkiye has constructed 455,000 residential buildings over a three-year period, which were handed over to citizens affected by the devastating earthquakes.
