Türkiye's military-industrial complex breaks export record PHOTO
Türkiye's Presidency of Defence Industries (SSB) has announced a record-breaking achievement, with exports of defence and aerospace products reaching $5.761 billion over the first 11 months of the year.
This milestone was reported via the Defence Turk’s social media platform X, citing data from the Turkish Exporters Assembly (TIM), Caliber.Az reports.

Exports of defence and aerospace products in November alone surged by 32.3 per cent year-on-year, totaling $637.2 million, compared to the same month in 2023.
From January to November, the sector's exports increased by 19 per cent, reaching $5.761 billion, setting a new record for the 11-month period. Over the past 12 months, the defence industry's total exports grew by 18.4 per cent, amounting to $6.479 billion.
Haluk Görgün, President of Defence Industry Agency, emphasized that Türkiye’s defence sector continues to strengthen with each passing day. He also highlighted the success of Turkish defence companies, which, thanks to their expanded global export opportunities, have set a significant record by exporting products to 178 different countries in 2024.
