Turkmen leader arrives in Azerbaijan for 12th OTS Summit photo

Chairman of the Khalk Maslakhaty (the People's Council of Turkmenistan), Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, arrived in Azerbaijan to take part in the 12th Summit of the Council of Heads of State of the Organisation of Turkic States, local media reports.

Upon arrival at Gabala International Airport, Berdimuhamedov was greeted with a ceremonial guard of honour.

He was received by Azerbaijani Culture Minister Adil Kerimli along with other officials, marking the start of his official visit to participate in the summit.
