Ukraine, Azerbaijan align on value of resilience, says deputy PM
Ukraine and Azerbaijan recognise the importance of resilience, robust infrastructure, and contemporary urban development, Ukraine’s Deputy Prime Minister Oleksii Kuleba said during the Leaders’ Summit held within WUF13 in Baku.
He noted that hosting such discussions in Baku carries special significance, Caliber.Az reports per local media.
"Ukraine has been at war for four years. According to the latest estimates, the damage to the country's infrastructure amounts to $95 billion," Kuleba said.
According to him, Ukraine continues to uphold its commitment to inclusivity and sustainability.
The deputy prime minister also underlined the need for affordable housing for veterans, persons with disabilities, and the broader population.
"For us, a people-centered approach is a priority," he stressed.
