Ukraine seeks to expand energy cooperation with Azerbaijan

Ukraine has expressed its intention to deepen mutually beneficial cooperation with Azerbaijan, particularly in the energy sector, according to Ukraine’s foreign minister.

Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha said strong bilateral relations have already been established between the two countries, Caliber.Az reports per local media. 

He noted that Azerbaijan’s moral and humanitarian support for Ukraine has been highly valued in Kyiv, and stressed the importance of further developing ties and expanding cooperation across key areas, including energy.

Sybiha said Ukraine hopes relations will continue to strengthen and move to a new level of partnership in the coming period.
