Ukrainian army tries to attack Russian military units in Moscow Region Report by Telegram channel Baza
Ukrainian drones tried to attack several military units in the Moscow Region, presumably in Alabino and Podolsk.
The first drone, which was flying towards Alabino, was shot down three kilometres from the settlement at 3:30 am on December 14, according to the Russian Telegram channel Baza.
An hour later, a second drone was shot down in the same area.
Closer to 5 a.m., another UAV attempted to attack a military unit in Podolsk. There were no casualties.
According to Baza, another likely target of the drones could be the Volodarskaya oil depot in the Ramensky district of the Moscow region. At night, the evacuation of employees from there was announced.
On the morning of December 14, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said that air defence forces in the Naro-Fominsk city district had repelled an attack by a UAV flying towards Moscow.
Later, the Russian Defence Ministry said that air defence forces shot down nine Ukrainian drones over the Moscow and Kaluga regions.
