US embassy posts VP Vance honouring Azerbaijanis at Alley of Martyrs

The US Embassy in Baku shared on social media that on February 11, US Vice President JD Vance and his wife visited the Alley of Martyrs, a tribute to the Azerbaijani people.

During the visit, the Vice President and Second Lady Usha Vance paid their respects to honour those who sacrificed their lives for Azerbaijan’s independence, Caliber.Az reports.

“The Vances’ visit was an opportunity to recognise the sacrifices made by the Azerbaijani people and underscored the importance of remembrance, dignity, and peace,” the embassy added.
