US persistently trying to revive OSCE Minsk Group Russia refuses US and France

The Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs of the US State Department has published a statement on the OSCE Minsk Group.

"The U.S. OSCE Minsk Group Co-Chair spoke with her counterparts today to discuss the future of Nagorno-Karabakh. It's unfortunate the Russian Co-Chair did not accept the invitation. We look forward to the Minsk Group’s continuing work," according to the statement published on the Bureau's Twitter account on June 28.
