Western Azerbaijan Community condemns American senator

The Western Azerbaijan Community has categorically condemned the anti-Azerbaijani activities of US Senator Ben Cardin.

“Interestingly, who authorized Ben Cardin, a hostage of the ideology of “American exceptionalism,” to speak on behalf of the entire international community?” Caliber.Az quotes the community's statement as saying.

The international community consists of more than just the US Senate. The international community is 120 countries that have entrusted Azerbaijan to lead the Non-Aligned Movement, the world's largest institution after the UN, for 4 years. The international community is composed of the countries that unanimously decided to host COP29, the largest event in the world, in Azerbaijan, the statement added.

“If Ben Cardin is so concerned about human rights, let him work on ensuring the rights of Native Americans, let him solve the problem of police brutality and gun violence in the United States,” it stressed.
