Zimbabwean parliamentary speaker visits Azerbaijan's Alley of Honour PHOTO

A delegation led by Jacob Francis Nzwidamilimo Mudenda, Speaker of the National Assembly of Zimbabwe, paid tribute to Azerbaijan's late National Leader Heydar Aliyev during an official visit to the country on July 6.

The delegation visited the Alley of Honour in Baku, where members laid a wreath at the national leader's grave in honour of the former leader, Caliber.Az reports per local media. 

The Zimbabwean delegation also visited Victory Park, laying a wreath at the monument. The guests were informed about Victory Park, which was created to immortalise the historical Victory achieved by the Azerbaijani people in the Patriotic War and to perpetuate the memory of the martyrs.
