Turkish citizens to be able to vote in Baku, Nakhchivan, Ganja - envoy

Work is underway to ensure the active turnout of Turkish citizens living abroad in the elections.

Turkish Ambassador to Azerbaijan Cahit Bagci made the remarks in an interview with reporters, APA informs.

He noted that Turkish citizens living in Azerbaijan can vote at the consulates in Baku, Ganja and Nakhchivan starting April 2. Consulates will open on April 1 and 2.

It should be noted that presidential and parliamentary elections will be held in Türkiye on May 14, 2023.
