Armenia offers agreement to Russia due to Rome Statute

Armenia’s representative on international legal issues Yeghisheh Kirakosyan has said that Armenia offered Russia to sign a bilateral agreement to legally resolve the issue concerning the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

“We offered Russia to conclude a bilateral agreement. If the Rome Statute is ratified by Armenia, Russia’s fears will be dispelled,” he noted, TASS reports.
