As part of the mourning measures, flags across Bryansk and its municipalities will be flown at half-mast. Cultural institutions, as well as television and radio broadcasters, have been asked to cancel all entertainment events and programming.
The governor also pledged that regional authorities would provide necessary assistance to the families of those killed and to residents injured in the attack.
According to officials, the strike targeted the city of Bryansk on the evening of March 10. Six people were reported killed and 42 others injured.
