Quentin Tarantino praises Spielberg for best film ever

Oscar-winning producer Quentin Tarantino on the Cinemablend podcast called Steven Spielberg's 1975 film Jaws the best movie in cinema history.

“From the point of view of the film project, there was nothing better than Jaws. There is nothing better than Jaws. This is the best movie ever made,” Gazeta.ru quotes Tarantino as saying.

He also added that many filmmakers have tried to repeat the success of "Jaws", but so far no one has succeeded in doing this.

In the story, a giant man-eating shark attacks tourists swimming in the waters of the fictional Amity Island. The local police chief decides to deal with a dangerous predator with the help of a shark hunter and an oceanologist.
