Armenian official denies reports of trilateral meeting in Moscow with Azerbaijani, Armenian leaders
Nazeli Baghdasaryan, the press secretary of Armenia's Prime Minister, has dismissed the circulating rumors in Armenian media regarding a planned trilateral meeting on May 9 in Moscow involving Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, and Russian President Vladimir Putin.
As reported by Caliber.Az, Armenian media outlets have covered this development.
In a conversation with journalists, Baghdasaryan firmly stated, "There is no scheduled trilateral meeting on May 9 with Pashinyan, Putin, and Aliyev." She was addressing the spread of information that Russian President Vladimir Putin would meet with Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev and Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan before the start of the May 9 parade on Moscow’s Red Square.
Earlier, on March 14, during a phone call with Russian President Vladimir Putin, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan confirmed his participation in the May 9 celebrations in Moscow, accepting Putin’s invitation to attend.
