Azerbaijan, Brunei deepen interparliamentary ties in diplomatic push PHOTO
Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Malaysia, Irfan Davudov, held talks with the Speaker of the Brunei Parliament, Haji Mohamed Taib, focusing on interparliamentary cooperation between the two countries.
“The sides exchanged views on the further development of relations between the two countries’ parliaments. In this regard, they emphasized that the creating of the friendship groups at the parliaments of both countries, as well as conducting the reciprocal visits and establishing close contacts between MPs would significantly contribute to expanding the bilateral ties ,” the Azerbaijani diplomatic mission said in a post on X.

Ambassador Davudov also met with Asnawi Arbi Sharifuddin, Director of the Department of International Organizations at Brunei’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
During the meeting, both sides expressed satisfaction with the current level of bilateral and international cooperation between Azerbaijan and Brunei.
