Azerbaijan extends congratulations to Russia on national holiday

Azerbaijan has extended official congratulations to the Government and people of the Russian Federation on the occasion of Russia Day, according to a statement published by the country’s Foreign Ministry on social media platform X.

“We convey our sincere congratulations to the Government and people of the Russian Federation on the occasion of Russia Day,” the ministry said, Caliber.Az reports.

Russia Day, observed annually on June 12, marks the adoption of the Declaration of State Sovereignty of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic in 1990 and is celebrated as a national holiday in the country.
