Baku, Tbilisi bolster cybersecurity cooperation PHOTO
The defence ministries of Azerbaijan and Georgia have held a working meeting in Tbilisi to deepen cooperation in the field of cybersecurity, in line with their 2025 bilateral military cooperation plan.
The head of its Cybersecurity Service, Lieutenant Colonel Elshan Hasanov, met with the head of Georgia’s Defence Ministry Cybersecurity Bureau, Luka Mgeladze, Caliber.Az reports, citing Azerbaijan’s Defence Ministry.
The two officials discussed ways to enhance collaboration and implement joint projects aimed at strengthening cyber resilience.
Both sides underlined the importance of such exchanges for sharing experience and improving operational coordination between their armed forces.
During the visit, the Azerbaijani delegation also toured the David Aghmashenebeli National Defence Academy, where they familiarised themselves with the training process for cadets.
