Azerbaijan-Islamic world explore key regional issues, cooperation

Azerbaijan’s Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov, along with presidential aide Hikmat Hajiyev, held a meeting with ambassadors of Muslim countries accredited in Azerbaijan.

The meeting included a presentation and a Q&A session regarding the prospects for bilateral and multilateral cooperation between Azerbaijan and the Islamic world, a post by the Foreign Ministry on social media platform X says, Caliber.Az reports.

Topics discussed included the post-conflict situation in the region, the normalization process of relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia, as well as Azerbaijan's views and priority directions for COP29.
