Azerbaijan’s defence minister visits Egypt PHOTO

Azerbaijan’s Minister of Defence, Col-Gen Zakir Hasanov and other officials of the ministry are visiting Egypt to participate in the EDEX 2023 exhibition at the invitation of the Egyptian counterpart. 

On December 4, Hasanov attended the opening ceremony of the international defence exhibition EDEX 2023, Caliber.Az reports.

Azerbaijan’s defence minister got acquainted with weapons, vehicle and military equipment exhibited by the enterprises of the Azerbaijan Ministry of Defence Industry, as well as the Turkish companies such as TUSAS, ROKETSAN, ASELSAN, SARSILMAZ, CANIK, BAYKAR at the international defence expo EDEX 2023.

On the margins of the event, Hasanov met with company heads.

The development prospects for military-technical cooperation and a number of other issues of mutual interest were discussed during the meetings.
