Azerbaijan's Foreign Ministry congratulates Qatar on National Day

The Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry has congratulated Qatar on its national holiday. 

“We convey our congratulations to the People and the Government of the friendly State of Qatar on the occasion of the National Day. Happy National Day, Qatar!” Caliber.Az quotes the ministry as saying in a post on X.

Qatar National Day is celebrated annually on December 18 to mark the country’s unification in 1878 under the leadership of Sheikh Jassim bin Mohammed Al Thani, the founder of modern Qatar. The day honours the consolidation of the Qatari tribes and the establishment of the country as a cohesive political entity.
