Azerbaijan third-best destination for Russian travelers

Azerbaijan is among the top three most popular destinations for Russian tourists to visit in February.

Russian analysts noted that between February 22 and 26, outbound travel to Azerbaijan will account for about 14% of overall travel, Report informs, citing Russian media.

It is expected that this month the largest influx of Russian tourists is expected to Türkiye. Azerbaijan is in third place on the list.

From the countries near abroad, the list includes Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Belarus, and Kyrgyzstan. From distant destinations, the United Arab Emirates, Thailand, and Israel are included.
