Azerbaijan, Türkiye highlight unprecedented bilateral cooperation PHOTO
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with a delegation from the Turkish Grand National Assembly, led by Mahmut Özer, Chairman of the Commission on National Education, Culture, Youth, and Sports.
The Foreign Ministry told Caliber.Az that the sides hailed the exceptionally high level of allied ties between Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
During the meeting, Bayramov highlighted that the strategic cooperation between Azerbaijan and Türkiye is a crucial factor in ensuring sustainable peace and development in the South Caucasus. He pointed out that mutual visits by officials from both countries contribute to the strengthening of these relations.
“Azerbaijani-Turkish cooperation has no analogues in the world, and thanks to the political will of our leaders, our bilateral relations have reached a historical peak,” Bayramov stated.
The Azerbaijani Foreign Minister also praised Turkey for its support and noted that Azerbaijan’s recent victory holds significant importance for the entire Turkic world. He expressed confidence that the establishment of the Azerbaijani-Turkish University would further enhance cooperation in the field of education.
Both parties acknowledged that regional and global projects resulting from their cooperation are pivotal for broader regional stability and development. This meeting underscores the unique and historic nature of the Azerbaijan-Türkiye alliance, which continues to set a benchmark for international partnerships.
