Azerbaijani, Russian top brass meet to strengthen military ties PHOTO

Colonel General Yurii Grekhov, Chief of Armaments of the Russian Aerospace Forces, met with Lieutenant General Namig Islamzada, Azerbaijan’s Deputy Minister of Defence, to discuss current Azerbaijani-Russian military cooperation and other matters of mutual interest. 

The meeting took place during the Russian delegation’s official visit to Azerbaijan, Caliber.Az reports via the defence ministry.

The visit also included a seminar with the command staff of the National Defence University and attendees, where both sides exchanged views on innovations in military education and scientific research.
