Azerbaijani, Uzbek FMs discuss bilateral cooperation, regional situation over phone

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov and Uzbek Foreign Minister Bakhtiyor Saidov had a phone talk on September 28.

Bayramov expressed condolences to fraternal Uzbekistan and Uzbek people due to the explosion that occurred near the international airport in Tashkent, and wished speedy recovery to those injured in the explosion, the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry told Caliber.Az.

The sides discussed bilateral cooperation and the current regional situation over phone.

Saidov thanked for the condolences and support, noting that this support also shows that the relations between the countries are based on friendship, brotherhood and solidarity.
