Azerbaijani, Uzbek FMs focus on regional security at OTS ministerial meeting
Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov met with his Uzbek counterpart Bakhtiyor Saidov on the sidelines of the emergency session of the Organisation of Turkic States (OTS) Council of Foreign Ministers in Istanbul to review regional issues.
The ministers discussed the Azerbaijan–Uzbekistan strategic partnership, prospects for expanding cooperation in political and economic spheres, regional coordination, and collaboration within the OTS framework, Caliber.Az reports, citing the foreign ministry.
They also exchanged views on the ongoing military escalation in the Middle East.
