Erdogan: Türkiye's security corridor to prevent spread of terrorism

According to Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan, Türkiye is successfully preventing the "spread of fire" across the country by creating a security corridor along its southern borders, Anadolu reports.

He made these comments during a rally in the province of Şırnak in the southeast of Türkiye, emphasizing that the creation of the security corridor is a comprehensive effort to prevent the spread of terrorism to Türkiye.

Erdogan stated that the country is erecting barriers to protect itself from terrorist organizations and "distancing itself from imperialists and their puppets" who are attempting to involve them in conflicts.
