Iranian official arrives in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan

A delegation led by Iranian Parliament Deputy Speaker Ali Nikzad arrived in Azerbaijan’s Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic on May 16.

"During the visit, Nikzad will meet Nakhchivan Supreme Majlis (Assembly) Chairman Vasif Talibov. Prospects for the development of mutual ties are expected to be discussed at the meeting,” Report informs.

After Nakhchivan, Nikzad and his delegation will visit Baku to attend the third session of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO).

Nikzad intends to hold several bilateral meetings during his two-day visit to Azerbaijan.
