Israeli expert: Local specialists to teach at Azerbaijani Cyber Security Center
Local experts will teach students in Azerbaijani Cyber Security Center in the future, Head of the Center Daniel Hoffman has said.
According to the head of the Center, foreign specialists will be gradually replaced by domestic ones, Report informs.
"This project was implemented as a result of cooperation between the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport and the Technion University. Trainings for the Red team and Green team are currently underway. A total of 1,000 specialists are planned to be trained in 3 years," said the specialist.
The Center for Cybersecurity of Azerbaijan was founded by the Ministry of Digital Development and Transport with the support of PASHA Holding LLC. The center, established with the purpose to enhance cyber security capabilities of the country, will play a key role in preparation of highly qualified specialists in this area.
Israeli professional teaching staff, considered one of the leading in the region in the field of cybersecurity, will come to Azerbaijan to conduct trainings. The training rooms and laboratories of the center are equipped with the most modern equipment. Students will be able to conduct research in these labs and create various cybersecurity products.
