Karabakh revival tops agenda of Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers meeting
The Cabinet of Ministers convened to review the outcomes of monitoring conducted in 2023 and the initial four months of this year regarding the implementation of the I State Programme "Great Return to the Territories of Azerbaijan Liberated from Occupation."
Cabinet of Ministers told Caliber.Az that the meeting, Chaired by Chief of Staff Rufat Mammadov, saw presentations of monitoring reports, followed by discussions on proposals and tasks related to the next phase of the state programme's implementation.
Key challenges and priorities for the immediate future were addressed during the discussions, with emphasis placed on targeted, large-scale projects aimed at facilitating the rapid revival of Karabakh and East Zangezur economic regions. Additionally, measures to expedite the resettlement of residents in these areas were deliberated upon.
The meeting also covered initiatives supporting employment programs, vocational education and training, as well as self-employment programs for the population.
