London hopes Armenia, Azerbaijan to sign historic peace deal

Leo Docherty, Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) of the UK, has said that Britain hopes for the signing of a historic agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan.

“The UK hopes momentum can be maintained towards a historic peace agreement between Armenia and Azerbaijan. This morning I spoke to Deputy Foreign Minister of Armenian Vahan Kostanyan, about this as well as how the UK can support regional prosperity and security,” Caliber.Az quotes Docherty as tweeting.
