Moscow, Baku sign several economic documents
Five bilateral documents have been signed on the margins of the XII Russian-Azerbaijani interregional forum in Mineralnye Vody, TASS reports.
The signing ceremony was held with the participation of Deputy Prime Ministers Alexei Overchuk and Shahin Mustafayev at the end of the plenary session. Among the documents signed were agreements between the Agency for Promotion of Export and Investment of Azerbaijan (AZPROMO) and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Stavropol Territory, Kavkaz.RF JSC and the Agency for Development of Small and Medium Business of Azerbaijan, as well as several other documents.
Interregional forums between Russia and Azerbaijan, organized on the initiative of the presidents, have been held since 2009 and help establish new ties between the regions of the two countries and discuss joint promising projects. The first forum was held in Baku, in different years, the event was also hosted by the Russian cities of Astrakhan, Volgograd, Yekaterinburg, and Azerbaijan's Gabala. The 11th Forum was held in Baku. Several bilateral documents were signed as a result.
